A teacher at CÉGEP François-Xavier Garneau and passionate about the environment, Guylaine Niquet believes that we are the solution to climate change. This conviction has grown into the creation of Swego. Concerned by human behaviour in relation to the environment; she took it upon herself to lead by example. She took an unpaid leave from teaching in order to dedicate herself to her mission of helping others reduce their carbon footprint.

Marcel Merette is a fervent advocate for the environment and has already designed several prototypes of low-riding, articulated tricycles. After retiring from his position of human resources manager at AbitibiBowater, he has put his Bachelor of Finance and product and process development skills to good use at Swego.
